Ok, RED, as in the movie that came out a while ago, is without a doubt, SICK! Humor, action, love, spy goodness, shoot’em up nummies and an amazing cast. Not Oscar worthy by any stretch but one of the best movies I’ve seen in some time. I would definitely recommend buying this movie on DVD (probably isn’t worth it for Blu Ray though unless you want the clearer picture). I’m going to give it a 7.5/10 Mole Shui Movie Rating. Bruce Willis’ character seemed a bit….. well, like I had seen it before. Come to think of it I can honestly say the character in RED reminded me of his character in the following movies: Fifth Element, Sixth Sense, Surrogates and Cop Out. Either way, it is a good movie and I dig Bruce Willis (in a completely formal, fan to actor sort of way of course).
